Add-ons

The DJ add-on includes one of our experienced DJs for the entire event. The DJ will play any style of music you choose. The client can arrange to have specific songs played during special parts of the event, curate their own playlists for the DJ to play, or have the DJ run the show live. The DJ add-on pairs well with our Motivator add-on.

The motivator add-on is great for bar/bat mitzvahs, sweet 16s and birthday parties. The motivator ensures that everyone is dancing up a storm on the dance floor. The motivator also plays party games for the kids (adults are welcome to join too!)

The party planner/coordinator add-on removes the stress of planning and managing an event. Our party planner will handle booking the venue and vendors; make design and decor decisions; handle invitations, and many other logistics that go into making a memorable event. This add-on also includes an event coordinator who ensures everything runs smoothly on the day of the event. The event coordinator introduces the speakers, makes announcements and coordinates between all the vendors at the event so the client can focus solely on enjoying the event.

The pinspot lighting add-on is an essential tool for florists and party planners. The pinspot lights shine a focused beam of bright white light onto centerpieces, bouquets, ice sculptures, cakes, and more, giving them the perfect nuanced highlight they need to make the room look extra special.

The string lighting add-on is an excellent option to add a beautiful glowing ambiance to your event. We recommend this add-on for outdoor events and events in tents but it can be used for indoor events as well.

The fog machine is a great way to get your guests on the dance floor. The fog turns all the lights in the room into 3D light beams and rays so you can see the lights shining through the room. The fog is 100% safe and odorless and won't trigger any alarms or leave any residue.

The dancing on a cloud effect creates a beautiful scene for the most memorable bride and groom slow dance. A low lying fog machine generates a foot high cloud of fog on the dance floor and makes for the perfect photo-op of the bride and groom dancing on a cloud! The fog is 100% safe and odorless and won't trigger any alarms or leave any residue.

The custom monogram projection adds an additional layer of elegance to any event. The monogram can be a name or initials. We'll design the monogram for you and have it project onto a wall or the dance floor at your event. The monogram can be any color but we recommend white.

The custom video montage plays a continuous montage of pictures on HD displays. Show off those lovely childhood photos or the bride and groom's first dates together. Send us any and all the photos you'd like and we'll create the montage for you!

The patterned/animated wall lighting adds uniqueness and character to your event by turning an accented wall into a patterned design such as a floral wall; or even make the wall come alive with video animations such as snow falling, an underwater effect, or maybe even a forest with birds chirping!

The projector and screen is great for corporate events where a large screen is necessary for a presentation. This add-on also works well at smaller events for displaying a slideshow, video montage etc. One of our A/V technicians will handle running the projector and screen during the event.

The HD monitor displays can display a custom monogram, a video montage, a welcome design, a personal note, or anything that you would like to have displayed on TV monitor displays.

The selfie photobooth is a fun add-on for any event from birthday parties to weddings. The client can choose from a variety of backdrops for the booth. The photos are printed on the spot and can be printed on picture paper or the this add-on can be paired with our magnet printer add-on to print out those memorable pictures on magnets! Fun photo props are included.

The 360° photobooth takes a unique 360 degree video. It comes with a circular platform that 3-4 guests stand on and the camera circles around them taking a really cool all-around video of the users. The video can be taken with your own phone.

The magnet printer works great as a standalone add-on or paired with our photobooth. It prints pictures taken by the photographer or the photobooth on a customized magnet picture frame. There will be an attendant to run the printer at the event.

Our live streaming and/or recording services are available for the entire event or maybe a special part that you want to be streamed and/or recorded. Musicians and bands have the option to have their performances multi-track or stereo recorded and mixed by our professional audio engineers as a private hire.
